Cancellations and Refunds

We strive to be flexible and understanding of our clients' needs. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair. Please read the terms below carefully.

Full Refund

A 100% refund will be issued for any cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your booking details.

Partial or No Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund. This is because the vehicle and driver have already been allocated for your service.

"No-Show" Policy

If a passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time (including the complimentary waiting period) and does not contact us, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you have any questions about your refund, please contact our support team.
