Your Arrival Process

To ensure a hassle-free pickup experience, please follow the guidelines below upon your arrival at the airport.

1. After Landing

Once you have disembarked from your flight, please proceed through immigration, collect your luggage from the baggage claim area, and clear customs.

2. Meeting Your Driver

Your dedicated driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, just after you exit the customs area. They will be holding a sign with your name clearly displayed on it. Please look for this sign.

3. In Case You Cannot Find Your Driver

While it is rare, if for any reason you cannot locate your driver, please do not leave the arrivals hall. Instead, please contact our 24/7 customer support line immediately at +966 50 849 1551 or via WhatsApp at +966 56 319 9620. Our team will assist you in connecting with your driver right away.

Important Notes

• Please have your booking confirmation details ready.
• We monitor all flight arrivals, so we will be aware of any delays. You do not need to inform us if your flight is delayed.
• The complimentary waiting time is 90 minutes from the time your flight lands.
